Sarah Shohfi, Yoga Instructor

Growing up down the street from the beach, it was only natural Sarah began practicing at a young age along with her friends and the surfing community. As she grew, her practice transformed from something she did for fun into a daily practice that allowed her to heal and connect to her body.

Sarah received her 200 Hr Vinyasa Certification with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Sarah’s personal practice is influenced by Katonah (a mix of Hatha, Kundalini, and Taoism) and the teachings used in Jivamukti and Iyengar. Sarah is currently working towards her 200 hours in Katonah Yoga, working primarily with Master Teacher Ivy Ray. Sarah plans on helping others heal from injuries and misalignments that result from today's society in a safe and challenging way.

When Sarah is not teaching at Willow Camp, you can find her at The Pad Studios in San Francisco.
